Investama under the Tiara Marga Trakindo Group. PT Media Djaya Bersama
(MDB) fully owns 2 coal-mine concessions located in Aceh province under
subsidiaries, PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL) that operates in the district
of Seunagan and Suka Makmue, Nagan Raya Regency and PT Mifa Bersaudara
(MIFA) that operates in the Meulaboh District. The total concession area
is 4,629 hectares with the total coal resources estimated to be 365
million tons.

Contract & Procurement Superintendent - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Develop, propose, direct and evaluate Contract Admin unit weekly to
ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the work plan of the
company.
• Plan, propose and execute operational and administrative support
regarding tender process (pre, during and post tender) in compliance
with related regulations.
• Plan, propose and monitor procurement process of equipment and
services to support operational activities of each department meet
target and is done according to procedure.
• Conduct tender evaluation with related committees as well as give bid recommendation.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize tender contract while corresponding
with related committees and departments within the company.
• Monitor tender/project periodically to ensure progress in line with agreed contract.
• Maintain performance of subordinates to ensure achievement of target set by company.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities within the unit are in accordance with HSE Accountability.
Requirements:
• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Law / Management / Engineering with at least 5
years of experience, including 3 years of experience in the same field
and the same industry.
• 2 years experience in Supervisor / Managerial / Senior Technical position
• Familiar with tender process and documentation.
• Experience dealing with vendors and contractors.
• Understand related rules and regulations.
• Willing to be located on site in Meulaboh.
Environment Superintendent - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Develop, propose, direct and evaluate environmental activities daily
to ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the work plan of the
company.
• Monitor and supervise maintenance and protection of the environment regarding potential land and water pollution within
the mine area, in accordance with applicable policy and standards.
• Analyze all environmental aspects within the mine area using
application regulations so that reclamation activities can progress and
all environmental aspects can be maintained according to procedure.
• Analyze possible corrective measure towards each environmental
accident and or other environmental maintenance issues in the mine area.
• Maintain performance of subordinates to ensure achievement of target set by company.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.
Requirements:
• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture / Forestry / Environmental Engineering
with at least 5 years of experience, including 2-3 years of experience
in the same field and the same industry; or Diploma in Agriculture /
Forestry / Environmental Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of
experience, including 3-5 years of experience in the same field and the
same industry.
• 2 years experience in Supervisor / Managerial / Senior Technical position
• Familiar with heavy equipment
• Have the AMDAL A, Ahli K3LH Umum, POP certification and other related work licenses
• Able to operate supporting system
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh.
HR & GA Supervisor - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Develop, propose, direct and evaluate environmental activities daily
to ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the work plan of the
company.
• Report periodically regarding employee data, recruitment process and
people development activities in accordance to work instructions.
• Ensure manpower need of each Department is fulfilled in accordance with time line and qualification requirement.
• Arrange and coordinate employee on-site training activities.
• Ensure personnel administration process is done in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Maintain industrial relationship process with employees on site is
done in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures
• Conduct General Affairs activities and coordinate with Head Office to ensure service is suitable with site needs.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.
Requirements:
• Max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or related field with at least 3 years
of experience, including 2-3 years of experience in the same field and
the same industry; or Diploma in Psychology or related field with a
minimum of 5 years of experience, including 3-5 years of experience in
the same field and the same industry.
• Able to operate supporting system
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh.
